Got some more work done on the new clutch rod, got the rod drilled and tapped for grease, you can see the two grease ports I drilled, let me tell you drilling 7.5 inches deep was no fun. Then I realized the rod was about a 1/8 to short so I recessed the end of the arm.

Looks good! Way better than the factory. I had to drill out the clutch pivot holes and install bushings on mine too but luckily enough nothing else was wore out.

built a "6 pack rack" for rusty so I had a place to carry cold beverages at haspin, it turned out great and was super awesome. Went to a little different pulley setup, 7.25 front and 6 rear and the new cast iron pulleys seem to work significantly better than the sheet metal pulleys they replaced. they actually gripped the belt so good that they made the clutch not work well until I built all the guards and keepers you see in the pics. basically the belt goes out and hits all the guards with the clutch in and the guards hold the belt off the pulleys and now the clutch has never worked better. which is nice because it hasnt worked great since I went from my original setup of 6 inch motor and stock rear. But I feel like its really ready for TTC now since it worked great all week at Haspin

Built a new intake and mud guard for Haspin also as I was tired of having to clean a mud covered filter every ride since the belt slings mud and water everywhere, Even has kind a "cold air" intake now sucking clean cool air from the head light hole. added a led light bar too and man that thing is awesome for night rides.

just a couple pics of one of the new trails Im working on, its a cool technical hill, your tires chew the whole way up but I can just idle up it in low gear and the turns really make your butt pucker

I’d say it could, but you would be stuck in the mud pretty quickly at my house I’d guess, I cut my trails like obstacle courses more than trails really, lots of logs and mud and big hills.

Yeah mud is definitely not my strong suit. Figured that out at haspin’18 lol...spent more time getting unstuck than actually riding

Random photo dump, rustys still out there kicking ass and taking names, one pic of my custom intake I built so I could run a dirt bike carb. If anyone’s interested I’ll post up more pictures later
