Well our first design failed do to having to much caster and wearing out the bearings.

I wouldn't mind hearing more about that. Please explain. I have seen many examples of excessive CAMBER killing bearings prematurely, but caster? How's that possible?

Maybe he means the bearings in the head of the steering forks.
