I love wood burnin stoves! Grew up in a house with one and hated having to carry wood all the time. Few years ago me and my ex wife had one and I loved gettin in the truck and headin out in the woods to cut firewood! Funny how that works. thinkin of makin one for my shop but first I gotta expand it. --Back on topic-- My "shop" is no more then a 8x10 plastic storage shed I got free cuz a wind storm picked it up and blew it about a football feild accross a trailor park. The walls are made of the same slide-together-panels as the roof so ive been robbing peter to pay paul and filling the walls with plywood. Now im thinkin this pallet shed idea would be the way to go. I could have a 10x16 for the price of hardware and some time!

Sounds neat! Thought of this when I was in Vermont but had no way of getting them. Could use even more pallets for the outside instead of sheet plywood.
The original design needs better support at the pallet joints, and more roof slope if one were to use it in New England. We have snow loads here.
He stacked the pallets two high. However high you decide to stack the pallets, find a 2x4 that is the same height, (length), and place it between adjacent pallets. So that when you put the bolt through the two pallets, it goes through the 2x4 as well. Sandwiching the 2x4 between the pallets.
Put 4x4's in the corners using the same principle.
