Subject: 1978 Ford f150 Ranger June 29th 2015, 11:52 am
Yeah i know i havnt been on the forum in awhile its just that after i got a job life got in the way of me being able to do the stuff i like. but im back now. I recently bought a 1978 ford ranger for $250 its got a 351 winsor and really bad body work and paint job

Removed the bed and gastank because the both had big rot holes. And i bungee corded a gas can to the back and got it running. And the cub photo bombing Its coming together

Nice truck. I had one of those at your age. Mine was an F100 with a 302, same year. Paint looks weathered, I'd say paint it but now, how it looks, seems to be the style, just fix the holes would be cool. I guess people like flaking paint and rust, LOL.

Still using the bed? Doesn't look to bad. I'm pretty sure bed floors are the same 67-96 from what I know. Dentside beds are more common. Anyways.

No im not using the bed it was to far gone to save it about fell off when we flat towed it home.yeah dentsides are common but not in jersey i think i found a bed i cn use at a junk yard so if its still there ill have to get it.

A video of it running with a thrush glass pack. it`s not complete just a dry fit just to see how it sounds.
