lol!!! Main issue is the fiberglass hood, don't want to break that. Don't mind about the Roper when I finish that, it has a metal hood, lol.

True. Fiberglass hoods really are a pain. Love my solid metal ones, can(& have) stood on them with no worrys of them breaking.

Yeah, probably not a good idea to go bust a shock out!!! Would be neat if someone could make a rear suspension build.

Yeah, vertical shafts wouldn't be too hard, you'd just need a sprung idler pulley to get rid of the belt slack over the bumps.

Well, the joke is that NellyBelle is a WWI and WWII veteran that has been on 6 continents. He will take Pat miles and miles away and then die, leaving him stranded. She always needs a "drink of water" because she has a leaky radiator. She runs out of gas, battery dies, etc.

Well, mine got the name because until I started modifying it, it went 5mph and was really only good at taking me way, way, way off in the woods, and dying. Then I'd have to push it home....

Haven't driven it in a couple of days, still need to finish the wiring but it's 7 degrees out.
The belt is staying on great without any belt keepers. The bolts won't stay in my flywheel housing, so it's always falling into the cooling fins. Throttle cable came undone, but I'm happy with it overall. Should be good after I finish work, but its probably gonna be when it warms up.

Okay, warmed up a bit today, got the throttle hooked up and finished the wiring. Everything works great!!! Super happy, gonna take it somewhere today, gonna try to film it. Carb does leak, IDK why, need to tear into it to find out, but...that's not gonna stop me! Need to speed test it, top speed is like 25-27ish. Crazy fast for something that high up, feels like I'm going to roll it, so I usually go about 12-15, and I'm happy with that!
