I notice now the fenders are wider than the footboards. If that bothers me, I KNOW it has to bother you lol, so how do you plan on fixing that? Widening the footboards or adding in a little triangle piece that will die the bodyline together better or ?
I dunno yet. I was staring at that awhile and hadn't yet made up my mind.
There is nothing to update. I've been pretty busy lately. A dude wanted to trade his running Kubota Z482 diesel for a running and driving ATLT, so I spent a bunch of free time assembling and finishing the JD170 project that my younger son lost interest in.
Last weekend, mother nature completely lost her mind and I was basically stuck in the house.
Now, I'm readying another machine for a trade. So- no time for Cents-less just yet.
That said, I'll be back on it as soon as I can.
Things would be a lot easier if i had a stunt double...
Looking good so far. I think the exhaust is cool but it gives me a bit of a cringe feeling imagining those dual pipes jamming into the side of your leg as the tractor rolls over onto you. But in reality they are pretty far forward of your leg and I guess it would be an extremely rare thing for it to happen. Not giving anyone a hard time, just saying. It looks pretty cool. My baja sears would crawl up some fairly steep hills and stuff, you should be able to go just about anywhere with those tires.

I just saw your video. A diesel Wheel Horse does look fun and interesting! Sad to see Centsless go (whatever it's status will be), but I agree. How can you not do the Wheel Horse!

Yeah, I saw it too. Sad to see the Suburban go. Honestly though, since the Kohler is running, I would keep it in the Wheel Horse (which will surprise most of you).

Awe man, I was looking forward to seeing this one finished. I liked the idea of building it entirely out of stuff you had lying around. The diesel Wheel Horse would be cool, but the Centless would have been more unique. Diesel lawn tractors are everywhere!

Yep, you guys have caught the sad news- The Cents-Less Suburban build is headed to the grave, or at least a deep sleep for awhile. I'll move this thread to the regular build section just in case it ends up being revived later.
Folks my heart just wasn't in this one, and it kinda doesn't help that I was in a bit of a state of burnout. Sorry 'bout that. Not much else to be said.
I'm stoked about Boss Hoss, and that's the excitement I needed to get over the hump and back to building. See you on the other side of the smoke!
