Site is quiet.... No takers yet on the question above. If I do not see anything tomorrow, I'll spill what is wrong.
I think I will pull the Trans sometime this week and lock it in prep for next year. If I have the diff with the 3 set of planetary gears. I'll just flip the gears to lock. If it has just the 2 planetary sets, I may need to weld it like @redzz02 's video.

I with @Murraymountain on the magnets missing. The bore looks fine to me, I'm thinking all the silver is anti seize. I know black sparkplugs with soot normally means running rich but since the other plug is quite a bit different I'm thinking your right on the spark being hotter. Not sure if those two have anything to do with one another.

Yep all my magnets came off and were all clustered together on one side. That was my vibration. I had another flywheel already fixed and ready to go. The center bore is factory. The silvering is anti seize.
Here is a little teaser of what I am thinking, and also, got my wheels for the build today as well.
I'll probably have the wheels/tires, trans locked and engine ready for the build. Can't go much further than that. Need to keep things under the 50% mark for next year.
Major dent in this future build. My tires came in today while I was in town. Daughter saw the delivery guy in the driveway on the way to the bathroom. By the time she was out, tires were gone.

Were they stolen or did they just not drop them off? Hate porch pirates...

At this time, it would appear stolen. She said she thought she saw a second unmarked van out at the road just before she went out. 2 25x10x12 Kenda Executioners...

That would make my blood boil too...
On the other hand now that you know you have porch pirates you can put dog doo in an amazon box and leave it on the porch. The problem will likely take care of itself.
Sorry to hear about the tires though. Hope you can get a refund.

Great news! Figured out why the FEDEx guy took forever in the driveway when my daughter gave up waiting to go to the bathroom. They didn’t have my shipment. They delivered it to the wrong house.
To quote Taryl, “WHOOOOOOOOO” Glad it all worked out well for ya.

One more thing before I put this on hold for next year. I don’t know why but locking the 122419x (newer 633a) makes me a little anxious. Not sure why. I’ve Doc Locked an MST and a 820. I’ve fozzy locked a 2300. It’ll be fine....

I know new projects can be intimidating. Luckily there’s a lot of great resources on the Internet. If you run into issues I know some guys I can reach out to for help.
Thanks @Crazy_Carl ! Good to see ya around again! I'm really excited to see your new Wheel Horse come together!
This should be pretty straightforward. I've got it apart. Compared to the 2300, the 2300 has it on case strength. Internals... I think the 633 has it hands down. Gears in this thing are HEAVY! I need some cleaner to get this sticky oil off the diff so I can weld it. I've had my Walmart allotment for the weekend. I'll head back this week and get something to clean it up before welding.
I'll probably weld it up like Sean's video I posted above, just have to do it 3 times.
I forgot to mention, another reason I am not in a hurry, my "3 in stock" has turned into back-ordered for the gasket.
Seals look great. Not sure what this thing had in it from the factory, but I can tell you it isn't 30 weight oil and it isn't gear oil. It kind of has a green tint and very sticky. This tractor has been in the family since Sears Showroom. I can tell ya the oil has never been changed. No water was inside.
OK, she's welded up and now locked. Did it like @redzz02's video. Thick on the outside and thinner on the inner gear area. We'll see how she holds up to the executioners next year. I have the other half sitting on it waiting on the new gasket. It appears to be on back-order now. Wondering if I should just RTV it, but be sure to have the gap for clearance.
Only other thing I have left until next year is to find some front tires I like. Beyond that, maybe some paint and some materials. I still have the patriot bumper, not sure If I will go with that or something else at this time. Also, I will need to get another winch etc. I have decided this build will not get suspension. I did move the pivot plate forward.
