ill change the tranaxle oil when im done to see if anything happened but I dought it those straight cut gears are beefy

I dont like how loud the exhaust on this thing when working around the yard so time to build something better

I'm going to fill it with steel wool and weld the end on , video to come tomorrow

Cool exhaust! Does that just thread into the block? You might want to make a bracket to hold it because the weight of the muffler could put a lot of stress on the block and maybe crack it if it got hit by anything or rolled over onto.

Yeah they are hard to tell on video. I noticed it slipped off. A good thing to hold it on with is either a hose clamp or bailing wire, and they both are cheap and removeable.

This is true its on there now with mechanics wire, im building a mount for it to the foot rest, might take it apart and change a few thing or just do a 2.0

Oh okay. I would use a hose clamp to hold it on to the bottom of the mount though.

@Double W Cross Ranch yep its all new, it might be the valves or connecting rod, witch they seemed all fine when I had it apart

Yeah it sorta sounds like there's excessive valve clearance, either that or it's the dreaded piston slap. But hopefully it's just the valves.

and its hidden, once I pull the tractor apart to paint it I'll have to clean up the wiring, I'm not a fan of having a bunch of wires running to the battery ( maybe a junction box/block for power and same for ground side )
