Fordification's 1981 Hechinger all around build.

Hey all, picked up with '81 Hechinger in a trade for a aluminum boat I had today, oppy has compression but needs to be completely rewired (at somepoint someone who owned this, hacked the wiring all together and it looks like crap and I didnt trust it, so its all coming out so I can redo it all nice and tidy.

Plans are nothing special, lower it 2" up front and 3-4" in the back, beefier bumpers and maybe a winch with some knobbies and a decent pulley swap (want 15mph), lock the transaxle, and maybe some other stuff for it later on down the road. really just want a little rig to be able to romp trails but also pull project cars around the shop easier than pushing.

Yeah it looks to, havent done much looking at it though just yet.

its in pretty good shape besides hackjob repairs over the years, the frames cracked in one spot but i'm going to weld that up tonight, and then it just needs to be wired.

Lol. The guy has the other headlight for it and is going to run it to me sometime this week, he just forgot it.
