This is my Little snapper rear engine rider " Snapp Dragin" pre build off mower parts pile , i am starting this in preparation for the build off , the build is nowhere near 50 percent complete but i thought i would start a little work here and there . I have the frame completely stripped down but i need to sand the whole thing before i even think about painting it.

Super excited for this build! 2 wheels in the front and one wheel in the back??? That'd get my vote!

Looks excellent, I love Snappers. You should rename it the NeckSnapper lol.
If it's gonna be a dragster I wanna see a wheelie bar! Haha

no, sorry. the slicks are shot, but i am going to use the rim(s) for mud tire(s). I dont want to blow the foote up with high speeds

Well you can always just keep the stock pulley ratio, then put a 60 tooth sprocket on the trans and a 10 tooth sprocket on the axle. You'd go super fast, and not have to worry about blowing having to pick gears up out of the road.

That would be really crazy. lol pretty sure the case would split from the ratio.

Pvc pipe fitting, then clamped the air filter to it

Nope , its not going to be reverse but might be a trike
Just a thought, Scag makes a 3 wheel mower that is FWD with a rear wheel that steers. Would work if you want to make it reverse.

i was thinking about doing that but id get mud and stuff thrown into my face lol, and it would get stuck easy with little weight on the axle.

A few other brands made mowers like that. They came before the modern day ZTRs.
You could work out weight distribution with engine and seat placement, it wouldn't be too bad.

Parts! this is slightly the look i am going for, but it will get mud tires which will be the most costly and probably the only thing i will have to buy for it aside from welding rod/wire, angle grinder disks, new brake mechanism hardware( 12 bucks),and paint. what color should it be ? i dont want red ,black,or green, but what color would look best for a mud dragster look? Super ready for the build off to start in a DAY!!!!
