Well gents I picked up the Cub Cadet 149 yesterday! The guy didn't want anything for it but with a little persuasion I was able to get him to accept a bottle of Baileys as a kind gesture! By the time I put gas in my friends truck and fed him for the help it has cost me less than $100, no I didn't need it but it was just going to sit there and rot or end up in a scrapyard hence my rescue mission! Lol. It will be awhile before I get any real work done on it but I would like to find front spindles so I can put wheels on it so it's at least a roller. Here she is, not pretty but that's okay!
I tied a piece of plywood to the front axle and used my SuperWinch "Winch in a Bag" to slowly drag it across my yard and park it under cover with the Bolens 1225 (now known as the Mud Duck) and the LT11 parts tractor.

Good question! Rock lights have been part of my plan and will be installed in The Warhorse, not quite underglow and more for function than fashion but same principle. What color you rocking? Have pics I'd love to see it
A lot of colours, red, green, blue, white, orange, yellow, cyan, purple and 2 flicker modes, 2 fade modes and 4 modes controlled by sound. I do not have any pictures because I currently dont have a phone and I'm using my school computer but it looks pretty rad, I have it on my Kawasaki too.

The site paid package ran out today. There will be an AD at the top of the page and some of the site links have reverted to Forumotion like in the top left of the toolbar and the bottom. I have alerted @Doug to the expiration and threw a few $'s myself to get it back on the premium package.
Am I the only one who has put underglow on their tractor? Or am I just the only one who thinks it looks good?
I haven't yet but I am certainly going to on the MM and eventually on Ole Blue. Mainly rock lights but I might get to underglow of sorts if I like the rock lights.

Lawdy lawdy has it been a wild ride these past couple weeks… I gotta slow down here fore I burn out. Anyways, any of y’all remember this here turd? Well I done gone and gave it a death sentence yesterday. Pulled the coil, carb, flywheel, brake, and all the little brackets around this thing. It’s just not worth fixing. Look at all the damage on those flywheel louvers, no wonder this thing shook so much.

Well it's been a wild ride the last few days so I didn't get to work on my tractor. Power went out Saturday around 630pm and didn't come back on until today around 1130am so that's 41 hours! Lol. It was so windy Saturday night one of my trees got pushed hard enough to pull up the ground and roots about 8 inches so now I have a 140 foot tall white pine to deal with before it goes over and takes out the corner of my neighbors house... it's always something eh!? Lol.
howd it go, still in one piece, really i should be asking is everyone else in one piece?
yep been really busy i went out a couple towns over yesterday too everythings fine. my trucks running lights started working and the dash lights started working yesterday too and my truck is running amazing it lights right off and runs amazing

well last staurday i was out i couple towns over again and the lights stopped working in a town with no parts stores so i went to the next town, that had an autozone (i hate autozones) and replaced the light switch and it fixed it but the switch pannel is busted now from the brittle 28 year old plastic (1993 chevy) now everything on my truck works exept, the wipers half work and the steering column wobbles, rust, rust, rust, and the tires are the wrong size. otherwise my trucks fine

I noticed that a couple weeks ago and nearly shat myself! I figured it was a weird glitch or something?!
In other news...
I scored this 1978 Briggs 8hp (190402-1794) today for $40! It's destined for my walk behind snowblower because the 8hp Tec in it now is ready to grenade!
The guy said it's been sitting in his shed for the last 12 years taking up space but before he put it up for sale he cleaned the carb, gave it quick go over and ran it which is good. It apparently fired up within the second or third pull and settled into a perfect idle! I didn't start it because I could feel some resistance/hear a minor scraping and wanted to look into that first, before causing damage. This fella was so upfront and honest from the start he insisted I call him before I made the hour drive there and let me know it's runs but really should get a proper once over by an experienced hand and that's exactly what is going to happen! Thinking I might start a thread in the engine section for it, it is a engine commonly found in old tractors! Lol
Here's a little mystery that needs solving... does anyone have any idea what this logo represents? The 2 bolts that hold the throttle control on the head are stamped with this, not sure if it's a M or a W but I don't recognize it and it's not often I see bolts with logos on it! The seller thinks the motor came off a snowblower, I can see that or possibly a log splitter and because of the English/French stickers on it, it was probably a machine made in Canada, I'm leaning on being built in Quebec because in 1978 bilingual badging this elaborate was most likely from that area. Food for thought fellas!
my grandparents gave us a refurbished mac for christmas and since im most responsable it went in my room also i accidentally put my truck in second instead of drive and usually the transmission slips a little when its cold but i guess the tires spun and my grandpa started laughting and thought i did it on purpose LOL it was fun getting sideways in a 93 chevy ext cab lol

Since I am a techie guy, Server Administrator by trade. It was a slow day with work, so I made me some custom icons for my personal computer for each of my tractors.
