I just got a Yard Machine 1996 with this Briggs Engine. No oil filter. I have looked over engine parts diagrams showing oil filter...what's the deal?

I do recall some of those yard machines being pressure lube. Maybe yours was swapped, or a variant that got a splash lubeI think the second to last digit in the model number has to be a 7 for it to be pressure lube, may be wrong on that, would have to check the Briggs opposed twin service manual.. I know my 20hp pressure lube vertical is a 460777.
