Mightyraze's "Sasquatch II" [2017 Build-Off Entry] [Finalist]

Yeah! That's what mighty needs on this bad boy! Hahaha.

While I do agree with it looking nice. I do have a plan B.

Playing around with tack welds. I hadn't much time this weekend to work on the squatch. I wonder what this piece will be. Nothing big, but a decorative structural piece in the mix.

I took this shot of the back end of the sasquatch.  Not much but there are some changes.  Not just a blank hitchplate anymore.

HAHA..  I will say there are some old deck parts stuck together and put on.  :-)

I figured I could spend some $$ and fab up some new stuff, but this is a gasser and you just build and rebuild from your junkyard. I used some deck parts from this tractor to make some stuff.

Now that it is getting darker earlier.  I need to get the Squatch out at dusk and see if it breathes any flames?  My pipes are only 1 bend and about 10 inches of pipe.  It would be interesting to find out.

I wouldnt mind seeing a video of that!

I think I will do it. It's too cool! Playing with my new 4k gopro clone and loving it. I used it on vacation and it worked out well.

I'll post up my test footage soon.

Thanks!  You could barely see the smoke in that video.  I made one earlier, but the filming stopped after 20 seconds because it (camera) was set for motion.  I had lots of smoke on that one.  I was really excited, but was agitated at the missed footage!  See that front end bounce with the new springs!

I fear I have the engine too dialed in to throw flames.

Oh yeah! Suspension is the coolest hahaha. She really does look great mighty!

Video was awesome. Have you tried bleach on your tires for added smoke?

Yeah, that was the wet spot on the road and tires. It was a case of I light angle made the smoke blend into the road. I had full on smoke earlier.

Here are some photo's.  I still have 2 decorative items waiting to come in, but they do not keep it from being complete.  I will show them in the video that I will post in a couple weeks.

You got one of those 4k gopro clones too? I love mine, that's what I used on those POV vids on my channel! I'm gonna try doing more regular vids with it, I haven't tried it for indoors yet for normal videos because of the kinda fisheye it has.

She looks great mighty! Quite the transformation from Sasquatch to Sasquatch ll! Those little finishing touches really complete the look, great work!

Yeah, I have had mine a few months now.  I'm still getting use to it.  Mine has a fish eye correction setting.  Seemed to work out pretty well.
