Yup, can't wait to get them ! The mud lites on it right now are going on the gt3000 for better traction and a slightly pulley swap so I have another machine for a friend to drive or another one to pull out the other mower when it gets stuck (hopefully the executioners will prevent getting stuck again so easily. )

If the tires come tomorrow I am putting the mud lites on the gt3000 and swapping a slightly bigger front pulley on it and then go out with my sister and go mudding ! I need to put a different exhuast on the lt4000 as I think the small engine mufflers on it are decreasing performance and allowing excess heat under the hood. Here are pics from the last mudding romp.

The execs are going to be an awesome upgrade for this machine. You found em at a great price too.

Just got a video uploaded. Here it is , this is some nasty stuff once you start digging in, there is no bottom to it and got stuck in the same spot twice and had to put it in first and push it out by hand.

Well , made a neat 2 into 1 exhaust of the old snapper front pivot bar . Sou d's so much better than with mufflers and has zero restrictions . Has a nice low reverb at idle then smooths out at higher rpms and is bearable for mudding and blows the exhaust down and away from the machine instead of straight down to the front and enveloping the rider in the toxic cloud.

Put the 23x8.50x12 tires on it so it wasn't sitting on the ground and decided to see if it would spin doughnuts . Apparently it does very well!!! Video soon to be posted when better Wi-Fi is available. N

Cool 2 into 1 exhaust. Pretty clever using what you had on hand. Do you ever think about hooking up the front brakes?

I don't know, probably should as this front end had surprised me by working very well and has not broken or bent at all.

My tires came. Man they are huge!!!! Slightly underestimated how big they are . And the tread is not as sharp as I though bit still they are massive lugs . Looks amazing on the mower but now I have to rework the front end as it is uneven now (more room for suspension!!!!!!!)

I don't know, it seems to work quite well but the lack of flex is bad in some situations.

I imagine a locked front axle would put a lot of stress on the frame and transaxle in some off-camber stuff, but you've rienforced it pretty well so it'd probably be fine.

Well, plans are to unlock it , I think the same thing about added stress on the tranny. Well, first romp!! Initial feelings were dam these babies are hard! Very bumpy ride but in mud the tread pays off. The larger diameter increased my speed by at least 5 mph in 5th. Did get stuck in the same spot where I bottomed out with the mud lites but just got off and pushed the front a bit and it backed itself out. Then went to the deep stuff and the skinny but aggressive treads do amazing in deep mud where there is water to help clear the tread and had Water covering the headlights, meaning it was over 24 inches deep from the wake. Wish they rode smoother but for how they improve in the mud they are well worth the 140 bucks.

The bead gaurd is massive. Completely encases the wheel . All it took to get them on was one tool after I slid the wheel in one side. But setting the bead took some work to get that bead guard over the rim edge

I know you already have them on, but I use a little grease to help the bead slip on.

Execs look good on there! The bead guard is really nice, and a bit of a pain to get to seat evenly the first few times. I think a bead guard like that should be mandatory for all tires lol.

I just use soapy water for easier clean up but on really stiff bead I have used some thick oil to lube it up or even some gas on the bead and lite it to heat the bead up to make it softer and stickier, but only on junk tires that I don't care about.

footage from the romp the other day with the new tires. Handles really well in deep water and mud. Hope to get out and have another romp soon with it.

That looks like a lake, are you thinking about putting pontoons on this tractor?

I have thought about incorporating a oval stock tank onto a. Mower frame so when the water gets deep enough it would float. Mabye next year's build off lol
