Perfect color and yes the soft top is the way to go.  Maybe put in a mini bar for the ladies too.

oooo How about re-purposing an old aluminum truck cap for the top? It will keep you out of wind in the winter. In the summer you can open the windows up and enjoy the breeze.

I like the truck cap idea. Can you even find those anymore?

Had a good 5 hour romp today burning through 2 gallons of gas. Through swamp, field and woods...





Also did a second drawbar test on thawed top soil, the results were awesome: 3,287lbs of static drawbar pull (no grousers still).  It got good bite in the ground compared to last time in the frost.

That pull tester thingy is pretty cool(I know it's just a hydraulic cylinder with a gauge lol). You open it up and figure the surface area of the piston?

That beast sure seems reliable. Pretty good towing capacity too.

I think I need to go back to off-road garden tractors.  This thing makes stuff too easy, not to mention it burns quite a bit more fuel too than a single popper briggs...

I'd keep this thing going too and build a ATLT too.  So when are you adding a passenger seat so you can pick up chicks in this thing?

Seems like the tracks hold up really good. It's pretty cool to see them on rocks and tight spots and they stay on. I was wondering when you first put it together how they would hold up. Looks like they're doing great so far. Seems a pretty durable design.

Onto the small even more time consuming stuff.  

Fabricobbled mounts to adapt a Delco 10SI onto the Yota, much harder than I thought due to space restrictions.  But I do have 63amps of electrcity now!  Put on some old salvaged incandescent lamps for now.





Working on exhaust and electric side mounted radiator this week.  Hopefully my floor plates will be cut too.

Thanks to Mr. Modified for the splendid electric fan idea.  Here is the tropical cooling package, tested it this weekend in 100° heat, works verrrry nicely.





No more swamp ass from the inline radiator fan hurrah
