If it's brand new, then why is the engine missing?  The starter bolts to the engine, so when the engine is missing, I assume the starter is also gone.  How does a carb just...go out?  That's not a thing....  Not beat up?  The hood doesn't look in great condition.  Huh?  And why is the engine still there in the pictures, and why is there a push mower shrowd on it?

Those Tecumseh carbs had plastic bowls that tend to crack. Major PITA

My favorite part of the whole thing:

The super long axles on what appears to be one of those single speed MTD rear ends, the toe, the springs on the seat, the handle bars, the squat, the rear lift, I laughed my head off when I saw this thing. Oh my goodness.

WOW! Funny, very funny. I keep noticing things every time I look at that. Like the steering link from bars to in front of engine, the tire lift under the seat frame. Bent axles. I'd probably offer $100 just to get the parts off it, LOL. Be worth more for the parts for like at least 5 projects. LOL.
