yea I've got a good movie to watch, its called "the martian" don't let the name of the film fool ya its not about weird alien monsters but rather about when we (enviably) land some people on mars and what would happen. I'm not going to spoil it anymore as its got a very interesting story. Watched it while i was in the hospital and can safely say that it was a satisfying watch, unlike most of there other movies

Mission to Mars is pretty good, much more sci fi though lol.
@Ifitaintbroke here's some -ALF -3rd rock from the sun -Gilligan's Island -cheers
I really only care for anything pre-1950. Here's my list:
All quiet on the western front
The stranger
Citizen Kane
GONE WITH THE WIND!!!!!
I watched the newest All Quiet, have only seen parts of the older ones. If you have read the book you’ll recognize that the newest movie completely skipped some of the most pertinent parts of the book. Like, what it covered was good, but it’s missing some serious context that was given in the book and that really disappointed me.
If you like All Quiet you’d probably like Johnny Got his Gun. It’s on YouTube, last I knew anyway.
Oh uhhh…what do I recommend. Falling Down is pretty good. Kelly’s Heroes is a must watch. Blue Brothers and Animal House are as classic as they are quotable. I just bought the Abyss, gonna see if it’s as good as I remember it being.

@RichieRichOverdrive You should really see the original 1930 version. It's one of those movies where after it ends, you're just sitting there staring into space saying, man.....
