| Its really a weird place to have the head of a small screw . i have no idea how it got in there whatsoever , but i can the only time i have the air filter off is when i am working on it in the garage so i am assuming it fell into the air filter cover and got stuck somewhere and a couple hours of use later it went into the chamber and caused the cylinder to smash it into the head far enough that the piston could retract but couldn't go easily through a full rotation . either way its running again quite well oddly | |

| Wow, I found two drywall screws in a garbage disposal once that I was running the electric too once, but this just blows my mind. This reminds us all how important it is to keep foreign objects out of the airbox and intake. | |

| Yeah, thats why it's also important to have the screws for the carb butterflys tight, dont need the engine to suck one of those in hahaha. Lucky it didn't scar up the cylinder walk or anything. | There was actually a few Onan engines that were known to suck screws from the air filter housing and eat the top of the piston. You're pretty lucky that it still runs. Gotta be careful, lol | |

| Well i am getting tired of a rough ride and no flex from the front end so i am going to start building a custom front end with a good lift and suspension. its going to be a "figure it out as ya go " project so i dont have a full design or everything i need . But i will be using some struts off of a Yamaha golf cart or a Chinese atv . | |

| Sweet! Suspension is cool stuff, make sure you include lots of pictures of the process! | Almost started on it last night but got de-railed on an mtd frame that i was thinking about modifying then shattered the trans axle getting a wheel off of it . so its still going to be a engine testing frame. | |

| the larger engine is an ohv, the original was a flat head . There is not any room for a head light sadly. i would have to modify the blower housing an move the carb . which isnt happening

| Well made some headway on the front end, Got it all taken out and ground off the old weld bead remains. Cleaned out the gas tank so i dont blow myself up when i do some welds. Stuffed it in the garage along with the other projects. Got the axle unbolted , I didn't remember putting four 3/8" bolts through it. Knocked off my "welds" and ground thru the ones that held up to the abuse. Chopped off the bottom lip cause it isnt going to be needed any more. I might have to just put a pivot point in the middle of the axle and put the coilovers on each end because i dont want to lift it as high as i would need to do a system with sway bars. | |

| Nice to see you got some progress made already! So are you still doing the radius arm setup? Definitely gonna need a track rod once the axle is fully suspended. | Looks good so far man! You definitely have good articulation. So it's not gonna be fully suspended?
