Whenever you put a live line to the coil it blows it up. I learned that the hard way. I don't care what kind of ignition it is, just that it doesn't use a lawn mower key.

Well, my mom needed the only car with a hitch on it so the Murray didn't make it to the car wash. Now I have to go wash it myself...

i've seen them used before, and thinking back they did have a separate kill switch, running either a toggle or tethered kill switch would solve the issue, and could act as additional security, sorry i didn't intend to give bad information, or rather in this case incomplete information

So I know your wondering why in the world I'd do what I did in the first vid. Well, NC clay is very slippery and it was rather fun trying not to lose control so I challenged my brother to see who could get the best style points without flipping. Sometimes I'm stupid. LOL!!!

Ugh, I was afraid of that. Let me see What I can do...
It's going downhill. The MM20 is spending the night in the shed. Had to sell the battery with the Lowe's and I have no idea when I can get a new battery, so I jumped it. Started right up, and then died. Completely dead after that, nothing at all. And the last time it did this I tried to start it with a rope and it ripped it right off the top of the engine. I think it's flooded. Plus the worsening hydro leak, worn belt, and the front wheels look off, it's time for some more work and upgrades. Ugh! It's just been one of those days.

that 1st one reminded me of when i rode a stock wizard down the embankment to the little wabash river in Carmi, IL. i then rode across the river and back, then had to go get my car and a tow strap because i couldn't get it back up

Well, I put a new battery in 'er the other day, and it still didn't run. The fuel filter is full of crap so I'm assuming the carb is clogged. And I haven't been in the garage in 3 days so I have no idea what the leak looks like right now.

Ya know, I should probably wash the underside next time I whip the pressure washer out. Had to sort out some belt issues, and since it was at that angle, I couldn't help but notice the nastiness underneath. The mud is literally peeling off. it's shedding it's skin!

So I don't know if I ever said anything but I'm planning a mudding trip, and I need to get the tractors ready. So tomorrow, I have to finish changing the MM20's belt, replace the clutch return spring with a stronger one, adjust the clutch, put the pull start back on, and another little something I have planned. I'm want to take ALL the Murrays, a friends Murray (needs a motor swap and a deck drop), and maybe a GT6000.
