possible 50mph Toro

I have a toro rear engine rider with an 8hp. I´d like to get it to do 50mph. Anyone have any suggestions as to how i can accomplish my goal.

-Go Kart brakes
-At least a 16hp engine, with a lot of power mods
-Change to front engine
-Pretty much build new frame
-Improved steering geometry and steering box
-Straight axle
-Prep trans with oil fill conversion, build better mount for it, brace input shaft
-Figure out pulley and chain ratios to get you to 50mph
-Lawn mower/go kart racing tires that will handle 50mph
-A lot of other things that require a good bit of money
-Wear a helmet and motorcycle racing suit, or something like that
-Have your mom on speed dial

Pretty much what Rich said. Also new steering rods/joints and bearings for the rear axle, the stock ones might not cut it haha
